Sushi Anyone?

I've seen several recipes for kids sushi in magazines and even made some at 1/2 Pint Kids cooking. Alot of them consist of fruit roll ups and cake. But today we decide to make our own version of sushi.

Here is how we made these great snacks, after cutting the crust off the bread, the boys rolled their bread flat. Then I let them choose from peanut butter, jelly, banana slices, raisins, chocolate chips, and honey to spread on the bread. (This was all I had in the pantry for this spur of the moment snack.) We then rolled, sliced, and ate our version of sushi, with chop sticks of coarse.Yummy! Plus, something fun to break up this dreary day!
