The first of many...

The temperatures have dropped around here, which means the beginning of another LONG winter! YUCK! Thankfully, this year I "think" we are a little more prepared with inside activities to curve our boredom. One of my ideas, was to have a game night. So, last night we had our first Family Game Night! Since Rylan is still a little young for board games, I tried to think of some games that we play that both boys enjoy. After choosing several, I set them all up in the basement for us to play. Here is a glimpse from our first family game night...Don't Break the Ice, HyperDash, Gone Fishing, Elefun, TossAcross, Farm Families, and a couple more. And the night would not be complete without popcorn munch! Yes, it is safe to say our first Family Game Night was a huge hit for all of us!! I am sure this is the first of many!!! As a matter of fact, Kevin and Holden have already started planning which games we will play next time! Gotta love my little planners!

Wow! You guys are ambitious.
(Our weekly game night only features one game.)
Looks like it was well received though. How FUN!

Love family game night- although we don't do it as often now that our kids are busier!! Enjoy them while they are little :) My older ones still love "Don't break the ice!"
