Another weekend of fall festivals

Our weekend was pretty much the same as the weekend before football and a farm festival. However, this weekend we visited a new farm, well, new to us, Niederman Family Farm. We had planned to visit this farm last year but some how never made it. But this year I knew it was a must! This farm festival was set up a lot like a fair. They had animals to feed like goats, cows, turkeys, pigs and sheep. My little country boy Rylan was on cloud 9! He loved petting all the animals and talking to them. I really wish you could hear his excitement every time he saw an animal, it was precious. And much like a fair, they even had pig races! Yes, you read that correctly, pig races! This was so cute, the little piglets are let out of the stalls and off they go! Too funny!

They had two different tracker train rides. One that looked like cows and then one that looked like a train. We rode these several times! Then there were several other activities for the kids to enjoy like, tunnels, tube swings...these were the best, tether balls, a jump pillow, just look at these smiles, rubber duck races, and a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch. Finally it was time for the corn maze. We treated the boys to freshly made donuts and a ride on the wagon. What a life! We were at Neiderman's Farm from 11:30 until 4:00 and the boys still did not want to leave!! To say this farm was a hit is an understatement. This farm will defiantly be annual outing for us.

Another Saturday filled with football and fun on the farm with the family.

I am LOVING that cow train! LOL Looks like they had a blast. We've been planning on going to Cedar Hill (Hernando) which is a lot like that place, but I'm not sure if we're going to be able to "swing it," before Halloween. So, we may try the closer, but free one in Bartlett. :P

Based on your pictures it would seem that you and I visited the same farm yesterday. Too bad we didn't see one another there. Ha! Ha! :)
