It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

I usually decorate the house before we leave town for Thanksgiving, however, this year with our "Friendsgiving" and school parties, I could not find the time. After we returned on Sunday, I was on a mission to make the house look like Christmas. The boys helped with their trees and were both so proud. Rylan's tree may seem like it grew from last year, well it did. After several instances of tree falling last year, I knew it was time for a new tree. Here are just a couple of Rylan's favorite ornaments... Surprising?! Not at all, it fits his personality of loving to watch bull riding, animals, tractors and boots. Oh yes, and his candy cane lights.
Here is Holden's tree and a couple of his favorite ornaments. Nutcrackers, a cowboy, and a guitar.
Finally, our family tree. I love how the boys admire all the ornaments. Let's just hope that they stay on this tree and not the little ones in their rooms.
Just a little more decorating to do and we still need to get our "real" tree from the farm but it is beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
