We have made slime, quicksand, volcanoes, crystals but never flubber. So when I came across this recipe for flubber on Pintrest, I knew the boys would love it. The recipe is rather easy, first you mix 2 cups of Elmer's glue
with 1 1/2 cups of warm water,
food coloring and stir until smooth.
In another bowl mix 3 tablespoons of Borax with 1 cup of warm water.
Then you pour the glue mixture into the borax mixture and voila you have what we call flubber.
Holden loved the way it felt.
He loved pulling and stretching.
Then it was Rylan's turn to mix his own flubber.
Look at his smile!
Who knew that this little mixture of goo would bring an afternoon of excitement.
We will defiantly be making flubber again, really soon!
