Day 2: Animal Kingdom

Monday morning we were up bright and early to visit Animal Kingdom. {This is one of my very favorite parks at Disney.}

Well, it was raining a bit but thankfully packed ponchos for the family.  Side story, when I was packing our suitcases for this tip,  Kevin was making fun of me for packing these for everyone but do you know who was the first to put his on?  You guessed it.

Even though it was raining, we did not let it bother us.  The boys enjoyed the African music as we waited for lunch.

This time we enjoyed a character meal at Tuskers House.

Leyton was a little unsure about the characters at first but he warmed up.  Rylan was in charge of getting the signatures of each character and he took his job seriously!

{Leyton asking, "Where did Mickey go?"}

After lunch we went on a Safari Adventure.

Since it was raining, the animals were all out.  We all loved seeing the unique and different animals.

Holden and Rylan loved the Mount Everest ride and went on it over and over.  I caught this picture of them.

Leyton enjoyed digging for dinosaurs while the older ones got their thrills.

We watched the Lion King Show, which is so funny because I remember taking Holden when he was little.  This time all three boys were in awe because it was spectacular.

We ended our day at A Bug's Life and with treats of course.

It was a long but super fun day at Animal Kingdom.

Next stop, Hollywood Studios....
