Everyday Joys {Week 36}

Here is a recap of our week.....

Just hanging around.  {September 3}

A backpack full of snacks and toys to get us through the boys "Back to school" service.  {September 4}

Trail running with the family.  {September 5}

On our family bike ride we found a dirt bike park and the boys may never leave.  {September 6}

And just like that, summer has come to an end.  {September 7}

Baseball donuts for a special birthday boy's school celebration tomorrow. (I ordered white iced donuts and then added red seams so that they looked like baseballs.) {September 8}

This morning I got a call from school letting me know that Rylan was not feeling well.  When I went to pick him up from the nurses office, he was crying and complaining of a headache.  I gave him a dose of Tylenol and he seemed fine for awhile but quickly took a turn for the worse.  He started running a high fever and had chills.  Not exactly the birthday celebration we had planned.  Bless his heart.  So even though he is sick and we did not get to celebrate this little guy turning 7, we are thankful and blessed to have him in our life.  He most certainly keeps us laughing and on our toes with his no filter thoughts that he loves to share with everyone.  He definitely makes our "everyday" a little brighter.    {September 9}
