Annual Kids Questions for the New Year

Typically our dinner conversation is all over the place.  From building snow forts to Holden asking us, "Who is your all time favorite quarterback?"  It is always interesting to say the least.   As we were eating dinner on New Year's Day, Kevin and I came up with three questions to ask the kids.  We decided this would be our "Annual Kids Questions" that we would ask at the beginning of each year.  We thought it would be fun to see how much each of the boys answers change from year to year depending on their age and as we move.  We also thought it would be neat to see if any of these dreams come true in the years to come.  So here we go....

Where do you want to go to college? {We limited the list to Top 5 colleges}

Holden {Age 10}:  LSU, Ole Miss, TCU, Notre Dame, Oregon

Rylan {Age 7}:  Clemson, TCU, Kansas, Ole Miss, Florida

Leyton {Age 3}: Power Hour {This is a Mommy & Me Class we go to on Wednesdays}

What do you want to be when you grow up?  {We limited this to Top 3}

Holden {Age 10}:  Football Player, Basketball Player, Baseball Player or a Business Guy like Dad

Rylan {Age 7}:  A Builder, Football Player, Baseball Player {A Pitcher to be specific}

Leyton {Age 3}: Baseball Player

Where do you want to live? {Top 3 Places}

Holden {Age 10}:  Orlando, Florida;  Atlanta, Georgia;  Birmingham, Alabama

Rylan {Age 7}:  Texas, Kansas, Florida

Leyton {Age 3}: Church

Definitely some funny answers, especially with their selections of colleges and Rylan's obsession with Kansas since we have never been there before.  It will be fun to see where the years ahead take them and if their list holds true.
