Days 5, 6 & 7 at the beach was much of the same....beach, pool, bike rides and night crabin'.
Since a lot of the southern schools were back in session, there were days when it was just us at the beach. Ah, it was so nice and rare!!!
The boys played baseball and football on the beach. Since there was hardly anyone at the beach, we did not have to worry about hitting anyone with the ball!
The Dune Lake was a huge hit each day. The boys would spend hours catching fish with their nets and looking for crabs.
Leyton even fell asleep at the beach one day. Since this is a rarity, I enjoyed every minute of it.
We rode bikes to get ice cream at one of our favorite places at the beach, Blue Mountain Creamery.
We did a little night crabin' again and the kids caught tons of crabs!
There was a "Rip Tide Warning" on our last day at the beach which meant the waves were almost 3 feet tall! Perfect for a little boogie boarding.
Leyton was not crazy about the waves so he stayed a little closer to the sand with the board.
There was a storm rolling in on our last day so we headed back from the beach and spent little time in the pool one last time before the rain set in.
After a full week of fun in the sun, we headed back to Georgia on Saturday.
The kids had one last water gun fight with Dad-daddy.
Sunday morning, we flew back to Wisconsin with sad boys who are already planning our next trip.
And that's a wrap.....Lots of fun, sun, sand and family time together with these three wild and crazy boys.
