Our weekends have been filled with football and fall ball that we really have not had much time for fall activities. We were finally able to find some time for apple picking. We have done this as a family for the past 10 years that I did not want to give up on this tradition. Plus, Leyton has been so excited about picking his own apples that we had to make time. The weather was perfect and the boys had 3 full bags in no time at all! The trees were full apples which was a little surprising considering our late freeze and warm fall.
Some decided to have a little taste testing...you know for quality control.
Now that we have lots of apples we will have to make something good with all of these beauties.
